Individual (Adult) Therapy

These are individual appointments for adults provided by registered counsellors.

I have 20+ years of social work experience supporting a diverse client population ranging in age from pre-teen to older adults in a variety of community settings including hospital, hospice, group home, school programs and non-profit agencies. I completed my undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of Calgary and obtained my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Wilfrid Laurier University. I am a registered member, in good standing, with the Alberta College of Social Workers.

I believe one of the most important elements of a positive therapeutic outcome is the quality of relationship built between client and therapist. I take pride in offering a safe and non-judgemental client-centered approach. I have training in Somatic Experiencing (SE) Therapy, CBT, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness. I am passionate about the reduction in symptoms clients can experience when somatically working towards regulation of their nervous system. I find it an honour to accompany individuals on their journey to an improved emotional well being and quality of life.
